Refund Policy

01No Refunds on Digital Products

Once purchased, digital products — including the Bail Bonds Made Profitable eBook, startup checklists, worksheets, terminology guides, and any other downloadable material — are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any digital product for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or failure to access the material.

02No Refunds on Coaching & Masterclass Programs

The Accelerator, Elite Bail Boss™ Masterclass, VIP Private Coaching, and any associated live coaching, calls, Q&A sessions, or business resources are also non-refundable once purchased. This includes situations where a student does not attend scheduled calls, does not complete the material, or decides the program is not the right fit after enrolling.

We provide the blueprint, systems, training, and guidance described at the time of purchase. Your results depend on your own effort, licensing compliance, market conditions, and execution, and are not guaranteed.

03Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan, your enrollment constitutes a commitment to pay the full purchase price in the installments agreed to at checkout. Choosing not to complete the program, not attending sessions, or requesting cancellation does not release you from your obligation to pay all remaining installments. Missed or failed payments may result in loss of access until the account is brought current.

04Licensing & Results Disclaimer

Bail Boss Academy™ provides educational guidance and business strategies based on real-world experience. It does not grant, replace, or guarantee a state-issued bail bond license or any professional certification. Licensing requirements vary by state and are the sole responsibility of each student.

The bail bond industry involves financial and legal risk. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, licensing compliance, and business decisions. No specific income or business outcome is guaranteed, and inability to achieve a desired result is not grounds for a refund.

05Bonuses & Upsells

Free bonuses included with a purchase (checklists, templates, scripts, guides, and similar resources) hold no independent monetary value and are not eligible for a refund on their own. Upsell purchases such as the Bail Boss Marketing Vault™ are treated the same as any other digital product under this Policy and are non-refundable.

06Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

While all sales are final, we want your billing to be accurate. If you believe you were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge for the same purchase or an incorrect amount — please contact us within 7 days of the charge at the email below so we can review and correct it. This section addresses billing accuracy only and is not a general refund right.

07Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider for reasons covered by this Policy. Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in immediate loss of access to all purchased materials and coaching, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts owed and provide records of your purchase and access to our payment processor to contest the dispute.

08Cancellations

You may cancel future participation in live coaching or community access at any time by contacting us, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid, and outstanding payment plan installments remain due as described in Section 03.

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
